Harbors

There are a lot of different vehicles and transportation within a harbor.

The request was to limit the vehicle speed when driving inside the area, but also for vehicles driving both inside and outside of the area.

The solution was an E-Cruise speed limiter with a permanent top speed for the vehicles that only drives within the harbor area. For vehicles travelling in and out of the area the E-Cruise with two pre-set speed limiters solved the problem.

The speed limit changes automatically or e.g. a key switch solution switching the different speed limits on and off is used depending on where the vehicle is driving.
